To delete your Pellini Circle account and all associated data, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the following:

• Your registered phone number
• Your full name

We will process your request within 14 business days. Upon deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone, date of birth, gender)
• Your device binding and login sessions
• Your size preferences and loyalty membership data

Some data may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal and accounting obligations, after which it will be permanently deleted.
