Shipping Policy

• Pellini provides delivery services in Lebanese territory and worldwide.

• Within Lebanon, items are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days following the purchase.

• Internationally, items are usually delivered within 7 – 10 working days following purchase.

• Our delivery service is through Wakilni and you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled with the utmost care.

• Additionally, the items will be insured against theft and accidental damage.

• Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email with your tracking number that will enable you to track your purchase at https://www.wakilni.com

• We require a signature from you or anyone at the delivery address that you have
  specified for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. You accept that evidence of a signature by anyone at your delivery address is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or anyone at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

• The goods are your responsibility from the time we deliver them to the address you gave us. On occasion, iCarry may refuse to deliver your order if they are of the opinion that the shipping address is considered to be unsafe.
